Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OneStream Analyst / Developer to support a financial systems remediation effort. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OneStream or comparable EPM platforms, a deep understanding of FP&A reporting structures, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Rebuild CubeViews and QuickViews in OneStream (XStream)
Update Chart of Accounts (COA) mappings and maintain hierarchical structures within the application
Modify and support reporting logic, including business and calculation rules
Collaborate with FP&A and validation teams throughout User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate functionality and data alignment
Assist in documenting configuration updates and ensuring audit compliance
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data quality, or system behavior

Required Qualifications:

Direct experience working with OneStream or similar enterprise performance management platforms (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC)
Strong understanding of FP&A reporting structures, hierarchies, and COA alignment
Proven experience supporting financial system migrations, upgrades, or remediations
Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and technical stakeholders
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with OneStream XF functions and business rules
Familiarity with metadata management and data validation procedures
Prior consulting or client-facing experience in a finance systems environment
