Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Partnership Marketing Consultant to support and execute partnership-led initiatives across events, influencer collaborations, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on partnership marketing experience who understands partnership mechanics and can step in with minimal upfront coaching.
You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager to bring strategic partnerships to life—owning execution, coordination, and performance tracking—while helping elevate brand presence through premium, experience-led marketing.
Exposure to luxury brands, hospitality, or premium lifestyle services is strongly preferred, as the role supports partnerships where brand alignment, attention to detail, and high-touch execution matter.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Marketing Execution
  • Support the end-to-end execution of partnership marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, promotions, and activations
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, social, events, brand) and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Manage partnership deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to keep campaigns on track
Events & Activations
  • Coordinate logistics and execution for partner-led events, brand activations, and experiential marketing initiatives
  • Support event planning, partner communications, asset coordination, and on-site execution as needed
  • Track event performance and post-event reporting against partnership objectives
Influencer & Social Partnerships
  • Support influencer and social partnership campaigns, including briefing, content coordination, approvals, and execution
  • Liaise with influencers, agencies, or partners to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals
  • Assist with performance tracking and reporting for influencer and social partnerships
Reporting & Optimization
  • Track partnership performance metrics and support regular reporting and insights
  • Help identify optimization opportunities across partnerships, events, and campaigns
  • Maintain organized documentation of partnerships, timelines, and results

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on partnership marketing experience, ideally supporting or reporting into a partnerships function
  • Proven experience coordinating and executing events and brand activations
  • Experience supporting influencer and social media partnerships, including campaign execution
  • Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable with reporting, performance tracking, and basic analysis

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior exposure to luxury brands, hospitality, premium lifestyle, or concierge-style services
  • Experience in a consulting environment
  • Experience working with high-touch brand partners where presentation, detail, and execution quality are critical
  • Ability to operate independently and contribute quickly with minimal ramp-up on partnership fundamentals
