Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on OneStream Technical Lead to lead the remediation and optimization of OneStream applications for our client. This role serves as the primary client liaison and team coordinator, driving the delivery of CubeViews, metadata configurations, and reporting solutions aligned to a new ERP chart of accounts (COA). The ideal candidate brings a strong functional understanding of FP&A processes and proven technical depth in OneStream development and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and lead consultant for the client throughout the project lifecycle
Lead the remediation and redesign of OneStream CubeViews, QuickViews, dashboards, and related reporting artifacts
Configure and restructure OneStream metadata, hierarchies, and dimensions to align with new ERP Chart of Accounts
Rebuild business rules and apply XF functions to support new financial reporting requirements
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within project timelines
Coordinate day-to-day activities of the project team and provide technical guidance as needed
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to ensure alignment between OneStream outputs and business expectations
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on OneStream development and administration experience
Expertise in CubeViews, XF functions, metadata configuration, and business rule development
Strong understanding of FP&A or financial reporting processes
Experience working directly with clients and leading small technical teams
Ability to interpret ERP COAs and translate them into meaningful reporting structures
Excellent communication, client management, and project coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP integration (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday)
OneStream certification or training
Background in finance, accounting, or corporate performance management (CPM)
