Role Overview
The Consultant – Business Analyst / Project Manager is a contributing team member responsible for supporting successful client delivery through structured project execution, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This role blends business analysis, project coordination, and consulting fundamentals to help ensure project milestones are met, client relationships are strengthened, and opportunities for future work are identified.
Consultants operate in Agile and hybrid delivery environments and work closely with Infinitive leadership and client teams to translate business needs into actionable plans, track progress, and support high-quality delivery
.Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
Complete assigned tasks and workstreams as directed by project leadership
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, status reports, and delivery artifacts
Ensure assigned deliverables are completed on time and meet Infinitive quality standards
Maintain flexibility when priorities shift and proactively adapt to change
Business Analysis & Problem Solving
Partner with client and internal teams to understand business objectives, project goals, and success criteria
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process gaps
Leverage data and qualitative insights to help frame problems and develop draft solutions
Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities and clearly communicate them to leadership
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain professional, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Exercise discretion and judgment in client-facing communications
Listen for client needs, pain points, and future opportunities and raise them to leadership
Firm Contribution & Consulting Growth

Support sales and growth initiatives by contributing ideas and assisting as capacity allows

Required Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and delivery frameworks
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a consulting environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to support insights and decision-making
Familiarity with:
Databricks offerings (Analyst-level knowledge preferred)
Public cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
AI concepts and modern analytics tooling
Desire to develop a broad consulting skillset across industries and subject areas
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or
1–3 years of equivalent professional experience in business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or related roles
