We are looking for a Junior Product Manager who bridges the gap between user experience and product strategy. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who thrives on understanding user pain points and translating them into actionable product requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that are as intuitive as they are impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery: Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to identify market needs and user frustrations.
UX Alignment: Partner with designers to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that align with the product roadmap.
Requirements Definition: Write clear, concise user stories and functional requirements for the development team.
Backlog Management: Assist in prioritizing the product backlog, balancing technical debt, new features, and user enhancements.
Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates and research findings to internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Data Analysis: Monitor product metrics (e.g., adoption rates, churn, heatmaps) to iterate on features and improve the overall user journey.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in product management, UX design, or a related digital role.
UX Mindset: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, including information architecture and usability testing.
Technical Savvy: Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Consulting Background: Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment is highly valued. You should be comfortable managing shifting priorities and navigating diverse client needs.
Analytical Skills: Basic proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
