About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and enhance applications leveraging Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem. This role involves building scalable Power Apps solutions, automating business processes through Power Automate, and integrating with data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dynamics or Salesforce systems. The ideal candidate has strong Power Apps development skills, hands-on integration experience, and a passion for optimizing data workflows across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

• Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps) for business process automation and data management.

• Design, implement, and optimize Power Automate workflows for enterprise automation.

• Build and manage Dataverse tables, business logic, and model-driven entities.

• Develop custom connectors and integrate with external systems (APIs, SQL, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.).

• Implement Power BI dashboards or integrate Power Apps with visualization and reporting layers when required.

Data Integration & Transformation

• Design and implement ETL processes to integrate and transform data across SQL Server, Azure Data Services, and Microsoft Fabric environments.

• Develop data connectors and transformation pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency.

• Utilize SQL for querying, transformation, and reporting.

Collaboration & Platform Governance

• Partner with business users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Manage environment strategy, permissions, and DLP policies across Power Platform tenants.

• Participate in tenant-to-tenant migrations and environment consolidation efforts.

• Document architecture, configurations, and solution standards.

SharePoint Development & Integration

• Perform SharePoint development, customization, and integration with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Build user-friendly interfaces that leverage SharePoint data sources and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

• Extensive experience with Power Automate to design and implement automated workflows.

• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint development and customization, including integration with Power Platform tools.

• Proficient in SQL for querying, analysis, and data manipulation.

• Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Tenant-to-tenant migration experience is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/ERP systems.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Azure Logic Apps.

• Microsoft Certifications such as:

  • Power Platform App Maker (PL-100)

  • Power Platform Developer (PL-400)

  • Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600)
